Socar Tower proyekt

The project will be 209 meters tall and will have 42 floors, covering an area of 12,000 square meters and providing 100,000 square meters of usage area. The headquarters will mainly house office space but will also have conference and sports facilities, a guest house, retail spaces and food outlets.

The building design will be based on a composite system of steel construction with reinforced concrete walls. The building is designed to be resistant to wind speeds of 190 kilometers per hour
